Available in either red or blue, the mat comes in various lengths and widths. A selection of 10, 15 or 25mm thicknesses is offered, the 25mm being ideally suited for physiotherapy purposes, whilst the 10mm is flexible enough to be rolled up and used as a back support during exercise.
