Leisure Operator to manage the Central Milton Keynes Community Sports Facility (Sport Central)


Leisure Operator to manage the Central Milton Keynes Community Sports Facility (Sport Central) The Council are seeking to procure a Leisure Operator to manage the new Sport Central community sports facility, comprising of 3G pitch, 2 MUGAs/courts and a sports pavilion in Central Milton Keynes. There is significant unmet latent demand for sports facilities within Milton Keynes and it is expected that Sport Central will be extremely popular with the community, providing an attractive opportunity for an operator to generate a long-term income stream. The contract will commence in August 2017 and will last for up to 20 years.
