Rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, Focus Training support students in working at their own pace to complete their qualification through a combination of tutor-supported home study and workshop attendance at locations across the UK. Fast track courses are available in London and at their Manchester Training Centre where you can qualify as a Personal Trainer with four weeks of full time study. 

19+ Advanced Learner Loans are available to fund many of the most popular courses.

Fitness Instructor Courses
These qualifications are, for many people, the gateway to a career in fitness. The most popular is the Gym Instructor course, or for those who like group and studio training, Exercise to Music. The Kids Fitness Instructor course is becoming increasingly popular with the drive to improve the fitness of our children and there is also the Aqua Instructor qualification for anyone wanting to focus on water-based exercise. 

Become a Personal Trainer
This is the most comprehensive Personal Trainer course available. The Diploma is the natural progression for anyone already holding a Gym Instructor or Exercise to Music qualification. Or, you can incorporate the pre-requisite modules and complete them within your Diploma. 

For students who wish to specialise at this level, the Master and Specialist Personal Trainer course are also available.

At the highest level, Focus Training provides some of the most in-depth qualifications for those who want excel in their field. Specialist qualifications in lower back pain, obesity and diabetes take practitioners to the top of their game and release the highest possible earning potential.

Continuing Professional Development 
Focus has developed its PURE series of CPD workshops to keep health and fitness practitioners up to date with latest trends and methods of delivery. Popular training platforms such as kettlebells, padwork, cycle and step are amongst the regular workshops on offer. The unique PT Professional toolkit course gives you 4 skillsets in one 2-day workshop.
